Do you try to open your router?You don't know the password and username of your router.Try with: username: admin password: admin. Or call your ISP and ask for username and password.
Or you can crack it.(search on Google: How to crack a router username and password.).

Your router tells you that packets are being received or delivered. Your router first checks it then sends it to your computer
