Hi i need some help on my laptop SEeing.

so i told them that i did not receive my package and they told me to wait..
they will check the carrier.

after few hours they emailed me this

What should i do? respond to this or ask another rep or something?

EDIT: i never ask for a lost package on this account. this is the first time
