In my opinion, it's never a good idea to run a program like that, that doesn't have any detections. Unless you run it in Hybrid Analysis, I would just run it in Sandboxie. Why is it suspicious? Because FUD crypters of course. Although he did upload it to VT which would make what he used detectable by AVs.
