No it isn't. You are seeing a false positive or posting b.s. I downloaded it directly from themeforest and uploaded it to mirror creator.
There is nothing wrong with the file I uploaded.
YMMV, but the online virus checking sites do have limitations when dealing with compressed files. Also, regardless of the AV program,
obfuscated code and encrypted files will likely be passed over for obvious reasons, or automatically cause threat alerts.

There are NO guarantees unless you are hand building the code yourself in machine code. Even MS has shipped commercial product with embedded virus.
