you think this guy is lying about his income cause he is coming out with an ebook almost every year?

This link is bad or broken. I tried the download twice and each time when I tried opening the file I get the same error msg that the file cannot be opened or read because it is corrupt or broken. How can I get a good copy of the ebook? Anyone else have a good download link?
