I am also looking for server using which i can send bulk mailing... like VPS hosting provider which allow bulk mailing..

DME hosting is what I use as of now. Their uptime is kinda in the 80-90% but the servers are inexpensive, and do the job alright. This will be a good starting server I guess. Or at least try them for one or two child servers. I use them still as the main server, but as I grow, I'd look for a better one. Hope this helps buddy. :)

You should be ready to spend some money for this, is not kind cheap solution.
