Headset recommendations

The Astro A40 TR's have yet to fail on me and I got them since their original launch. Quality is top-notch imo, in terms of both sound and build.

Seeking a quality headset, I'm not to familiar with what's good and what's not.

Must be compatible on Xb1 & PC.

Budget - $300.
I Just Picked up a Razer Nari Essential Wireless for like $70 and i am pretty damn impressed. super clear sound , only downside is they're not as loud as id like em to be. i would also recommend the Razer Kraken V2 7.1. super long cord on it, works for Xbox, PS4, And PC. Amazing sound quality, especially the surround sound. and i think they sell for about $100.

@"mrnonamenoface" check out fx sound enhancer to boost your audio. I use it for my FPS games and I def get an advantage on footsteps and gunfire. I use the Nari Ult and my nephew uses the V2. Hope this helps.

I'll have to check that out. I mostly play Rocksmith and it has exclusivity over the audio so that might help. Thank your for the suggestion, I will definitely check it out!!

I'm not a gamer but going by the feedback of a very good friend of mine, he has a "Razer" headset and Is very happy with It's overall sound quality. I don't know the exact model though.

No doubt gamers on this board will advise their thoughts with better precision.
Razer are good. I can recommend Razer Nari Ultimate, a wireless headset with mic, that has support for surround sound and in general very priceworthy.

Also, with Razer synapse, you can chose lightning effects on all of your PC stuff that has support for lightning effects.
