People getting arrested for this is the stupidest thing ever. I really liked when someone made the sign say "hollyweed". that was a classic.

I linked an article about the incident you're referring to. In my opinion, it's not vandalism unless something is actually damaged. Typically the "vandals" will use tarps or banners, which can be easily removed.

They could've at least made It legible.

From my perspective, It reads "Hollybood".
