This is the simplest way.

For : MaterialApp(
**debugShowCheckedModeBanner: false**
)

For : CupertinoApp(
**debugShowCheckedModeBanner: false**
)

If you are logically handle another flutter components
them you use a bool variable & handle it.
For Example
bool isDebug === false ;

if(isDebug == true)
{
**debugShowCheckedModeBanner: true**
}

else
{
**debugShowCheckedModeBanner: false**
}
