Error In The Above Code Is Because
get_media_id_by_tag all_data Is Returning None (No Data)
So json has no data to process so json is raising the error.

Solution To Fix Your Error.

Update the script.
The one u are using is outdated as i dont see the method 'get_media_id_by_tag all_data'
