Step 1-Go to their site:http://www.kitchenaid.com/flash.cmd?...rvice-contact/ Either live chat or call, I've done both
Step 2-Email them claiming you are having a problem. One I used was that I was mixing something easy, like Cake mix, and the top housing surrounding the attachment cracked.
Step 3-They will ask you to take the product back to the place you bought it. Tell them they won't take it, and they will send you an RMA label to ship it to them.
Step 4-Now here I told them that I would be out of a mixer, for the holiday season, and as I paid such a large amount of money for such a supposedly heavy duty mixer to break so easily mixing cake mix, It would be worth it to just throw it away.
Step 5- After using a similar excuse to the one above, they will ship you a new one, but with no attachments. USE A DROP, or they will mail you a bill for the full amount
.
Step 6-Wait 3 or more days, and email them again, saying that whilst mixing something else, the various attachments that you want have broke, and they will mail you new ones.
Step 7- Enjoy your mixer.
