Need a Graphics for new group

Hey guys I need a graphics for a new group called "Monetize".
The user bar template can be found

I need a Ficon, Userbar, and a banner

Details
-Be Creative
-Based around Money and Business
-Black, silver, and Green

I'll work on this later. I haven't done graphics since Chris's last forum though.

You should call it Monetizer as that would make more sense. c:

Monetize makes sense considering it would be the group purpose and it should be Monetizers if it is a group as it'll be more than one person.

I'm referring to the group as a single entity.

You should use this for inspiration. This was probably one of the best user bars with a simple edge to it that I've seen.

I like the group name "Monetize" I am referring to it as something we do. Not something we are.

Could remove the retarded sparkle.
