Very important

  • To access the important data of the forums, you must be active in each forum and especially in the leaks and database leaks section, send data and after sending the data and activity, data and important content will be opened and visible for you.
  • You will only see chat messages from people who are at or below your level.
  • More than 500,000 database leaks and millions of account leaks are waiting for you, so access and view with more activity.
  • Many important data are inactive and inaccessible for you, so open them with activity. (This will be done automatically)

Need help with SE

#1
So I got as far as them asking for a receipt and a shipping address, I send both and then the representative said that they couldn't give me a replacement due to the item not being purchased from them but from amazon LLC instead

Looking for advice on how to proceed with this.

From whom did you directly purchase the Item?

To the best of my knowledge, I believe LLC will will be displayed as the seller If you've purchased directly from Amazon.

An example would be Logitech, I say I purchased it from Amazon and the listing says ships and is sold by Amazon, I show Logitech the receipt but then Logitech tells me that they can't send me a replacement due to me purchasing it from Amazon instead of Logitech. What would I do from here?

I'm trying to (so to speak) decipher this to no avail.

No examples, "Who"did you purchase the Item from? Also, If the receipt Is generated against Amazon, why are you trying to SE Logitech Instead of Amazon?

Yes, only time you should get it from Logitech is past the return/replace window for Amazon and as part of their "Warranty"

This is why it's easier to say you bought it from Walmart or something because you probably don't have the receipt of a Walmart store from X amount of months ago and they don't really help with defects

Just tell them that you already tried to return to Amazon but they told you to contact the manufacturer.
