install wordpress
post an article on researched keyword with adsense
translate into different languages
do some guestbook/blog spamming
Ping/Tag/etc

get some scraper software (again any recommendations would be great)
throw up as many pages as possible
guestbook spam/blog spam

PPC and affiliates
Buy low cost PPC ads with links to amazon/other affiliates with decent payouts per signup/action/etc
