so i received my oneplus 7 earlier today and i have contacted support 2 times using the DNA method, both times they have asked me to call DHL express which is the courier, i was wondering if i should call or keep trying to through live chat?

tried again and they launched an investigation with the courier which im pretty sure is company protocol, this time they didnt ask me to call the courier

Wait 5 days, and call again, they will send you a MPS, had done already 4 / and soon 5 of 1+..if someone has any doubts could answer here
