Btw what's the guy who did this for you saying?
I did it myself in their site stated that if you see that the package is somehow damaged refuse it so i did refused damaged and delivered to them then i got that email fucking assholes

He will get sued 100%. You dont do alternate. Never. Its the same with mediamarkt, saturn and so on. Sometimes it will go through but they will sue you after some months 100%.
