I wonder how many years he's facing. Looked at another article that said Sanix is currently cooperating with Ukrainian authorities, so presumably far less if any at all?

I've read many mixed reports and don't know what to believe.

Perhaps circumstances are rapidly changing, which would explain the Inconsistencies.
