Samsung A12

#1
I have one and I want to give it to a friend but it's locked to a us carrier. They are refusing to unlock it and Samsung also won't unlock it without a receipt from the carrier which I don't have. Any ways around this? Would like to have it unlocked so he can put his Rogers sim in it. Yes fuck Rogers.

Are there not any cell phone dealers In your locality that unlock devices?

Where I reside, there's around 3 stores within walking distance from my home.
