!!!TuToRiAL!!!Get Gpedit.msc on XP Home!

DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TESTED AND WORKS FOR ME,BUT WARNING.

1.Download the .zip file on:http://www.mediafire.com/?y5yfhk34aff6o17
2.Open the zip with a rar program (Winrar)
3.Copy:
appmgmts.dll
appmgr.dll
fde.dll
fdeploy.dll
gpedit.dll
gpedit.msc
gptext.dll

To:C:\WINDOWS\System32

4.Copy:
inetres.adm
system.adm
conf.adm
To:C:\WINDOWS\System32\GroupPolicy\Adm

If it doesn't exist, create it then.

5.Then go to run:
First copy and run this:regsvr32 gpedit.dll
Then this:regsvr32 fde.dll
Then this:regsvr32 gptext.dll
Then this:regsvr32 appmgr.dll
Then this:regsvr32 fdeploy.dll

6.Reboot,go to run and type in:Gpedit.msc
Then it must work!:yes:
