Description
This is a back attack instruccional made by Jiu Jitsu world champion Javier Zaruski in which you will learn how to take the back effectively and finish your opponent no matter your starting level. With high level detail this is a must have if you want to take your back attack game to the next level. In the beginning you will learn some basic drills to start understanding how to get to a position where you can initiate a back take then you will go throughout different ways to take the back depending on different scenarios and reactions form your opponent and lastly how to finish in a systematic way. With a nice flow roll at the end to see it in a more live setting. It is very important than in each step of the way you take the time to drill and try each position in live rolling at your academy and when that is working in a high percentage ratio move to the next one until you master the whole instruccional. It is really important to point at the fact that the back attacks are statistically the most effective of al Jiu Jitsu no matter the ruleset GI or NO-GI the back attacks are king.
