[Vb.Net] Need help...

hi guys i want to rename a MASSIVE amount of files which reach below 3k with VB but i don't know how XD

i want them to be like, first one will be 1.blabla second will be 2.balbala and so on....

can anyone make such? :'(

i can't rename 3k files :rip::'(

random name? i don't know about name but number like this:

Randomize()
((Int(0 - 25) * Rnd()))

In regards to generating random file names check out my post on creaing temp files which includes logic to do this. Of course there are other ways, mine is simple one way to do this.

I think you need something like this I made in VB6:

If names are same it renames like name(1).ext, name(2).ext, etc.

It's pretty easy, but more than that it's fun.
