the google pixel 2 XL is nice, not to mention easy to SE

I would probably go with the Galaxy S9, if I could SE a pixel I would in a heartbeat lol.

Why can’t you? Have you ever tried? It’s easier than you may think

It's much harder to se Google in general now. The pixel xl2 method was so saturated that they worked with the FBI to catch social engineers
Much harder to se pixels.

Probably not much point either.

Depending on the nature/method of the SE, the IMEI number tends to get blacklisted.

I'm curious to what Mothered likes as to his favourite phone.

In my opinion, iPhone x is the best smartphone on the market.
Talk to @"FunkyG" he can make you a really good price for him or for the pixel xl2.

Oh wow, did not know. It’s been a few months since I’ve done it w/ a pixel.

Yup, be careful. Consequences are much sever now

Just remember if you get a new phone every year, get one that holds resale value, or on lease.

The plan I'm on with my cell phone carrier allows a free upgrade every year, so I do have (within the plan) a range to choose from- all manufacturers.

In your views, what would actually hold It's value?

I think an iPhone holds its value the best. The market also shows this, and depreciation and comparison graphs do too. But a contract in general may be best if you switch phones every year.

Appreciate your advice.

When I upgrade, I obviously still have the previous phone so If I select one that holds It's value, I can sell It when the next upgrade comes around.
Thanks again.

Oh shit. I'm curious more about the NEC P3. 1 thing, does it store phone numbers?

One that doesn't:
  • have a fragile screen/chassis,
  • have backdoors,
  • have bloatware,
  • have a trash battery life...

Oh wait...
