What python IDE/editor do you use?

Personally, I'm happy using IDLE. I use it because it has the basics but still somewhat forces me to be particular in the way I write code. I used to use Spyder and that was a brilliant IDE (would recommend), although specifically used for scientific python work.

Personally, I find any text editor with syntax highlighting is more than sufficient. :smile:

If you're looking to get into python, I'd definitely recommend you start with IDLE since it comes with python anyway.

Haven't used python in a while but installed IronPython recently (by recently I mean several months ago... my concept of time is skewed). Shit's pretty dope. You can write py in .NET. If anyone's interested in checking it out here's a link;
