Where should I promote in Facebook or Google+
I know Facebook has more users then Google+ but I read Google+ is much more helpful for SEO also
so should i go for both

From what I've heard Google can be costly for either CPM or CPC. G+ communities are smaller compared to the large communities on FB. I think you can reach out to more people by promoting on FB instead of Google+.
