denial letter razer.

Hi, hope your have a good day, does anyone have any tips for creating a denial of letter specifically for Razer.

Razer wants me to answer the following questions:

"If your seller is refusing to assist you, please respond back to this email with the following information and we will try our best to assist you
Name of the seller
Reason why the seller refused
A Copy of your communication that explicitly shows any statement refusing support.
Name of the Representative who assisted you."

It's fine, I've already created one from a old Logitech ticket which I did not succeed, they said I had to pay a $99 dollar fee, which I then promptly saved the SE by clarifying that that laptop itself was in warranty, just the seller could not help me anymore.

That was 8 months ago.

I believe I still have It on my external SSD - It's just a matter of locating It.
