how to make a stub and a builder in VB.Net?

well, i'm starting to make a cool program which i'm going to make it a builder to build a server.exe with a stub. um...how to start? :biggrin:

yea. weird but 70% of HF is just skids. 10% is people who don't know anything about hacking and 10% is just people passing by and the remaining 10% is number of real hackers XD
