You should still be giving credits to the author.

Simply say something like "I got this from the FRAPS official website."

Fraps trial recording is only 30 seconds long. I would recommend going to TPB.

Still, it's a trial. There are ways to get it free, but we shouldn't discuss it as it is technically "illegal."
