Out of interest, is the only way to contact apple to phone them?

I believe there is live chat. But it's always easier to control the situation on the phone. Things cant be misinterpreted and even if they are you can communicate it clearly before rep has time to cast judgement

Unsure about the sealed box I dont really have experience with it. DNA is an option tbf but is it as successful as EB? These days couriers are very anal about DNA or EB when weight is invovled particularly hermes. What would your suggestion be?

DNA with Apple on an account with high useage and credibility should work imo. My friends in America didnt work and they tried to make him sign a declaration which is something im typically against.

For Instance, they're known to release themselves from liability and ask you to deal directly with the carrier.

Rather than DNA, EB has the high rate with apple isn’t it. It’s harder for them to distance themselves from the issue.
