If both packages are dropped off at the exact timeslot, you'd essentially be hitting a single DNA - one claim number will be assigned to your case for nonreceipt of goods.

You can go with wrong item receive but you will need to send them a item with same weight from their store so you will loose a bit of money, and cause it's only 100$ you can DNA without complication (with amz)
