After filling the RMA request they said they'd get back to me in 3-5 days but it's been 6 lol. I live chat with them today asking for an update and they said that the request has been processed but only phone agents are able to see the exact status of the request. They gave me a phone number that is very expensive to call, but according to my country's law all businesses must provide an alternative so I told them that and they said they'd call me in the next few days. I will continue to update you

I contacted them again asking about the status of my RMA and they said they'll let customer support know I asked and that delays are to be expected due to a high volume of messages. Hopefully, they don't catch up soon

Can confirm, still works. just got my replacement email with no questions asked regarding sending it back etc.

lol. Free wall charger though one of the good GaN ones with 2 USBC slots and cable. no effort at all

You should've told them you don't need anything else from their store, they would've sent you the money via bank transfer then
My second refund just cleared last week, on Paypal nonetheless, i'm 70€ richer now

Ngl, they haven't replied to any of my refund requests lol. Not even my store credit, they haven't shipped a single one although they've accepted my warranty request. Odd.
