New Userbars

Currently I'm working with @Symadox to make new userbars. Originally he was going to do it all, but I decided I'd work with him. I'll keep posting the userbars here, as we come out with them. Feedback is necessary.

Yeah, I'm starting to think @Oni is a better Graphic Designer than me.

Make the animation loop after say 3 seconds.

Wow can't wait to see the new userbars that I will never have.

I like it a lot, I don't go on many forums, but I think that an animated userbar is pretty unique.

For once, I think it looks pretty damn sexy, as long as you don't use the horribly mustardy colour on the elite userbar.

The animation is pretty irritating though.

We will be using a type of yellow, close to the Elite. maybe not as mustardy.
Anyway the Animation is decent compared to most.

I've raised the time to 2 seconds before the loop. Is that better?

Really great looking, very nice job credit to the makers.

It's really subtle, yet noticeable and not too flashy. I like it a lot.
